Star vs. the Forces of Evil is an American animated comedy-adventure television series created by Daron Nefcy and developed by Jordana Arkin and Dave Wasson, which airs on Disney XD.[1] The first Disney XD series created by a woman, and second overall for Disney Television Animation (following Pepper Ann), it follows the adventures of Star Butterfly (voiced by Eden Sher), the young turbulent heir to the royal throne in the dimension of Mewni, who is sent to Earth so she can complete her education and learn to be a worthy princess, and Marco Diaz (Adam McArthur), a human teenager who becomes her roommate and best friend, as they live their daily lives, go on adventures in other dimensions, and try to prevent the evil Ludo (Alan Tudyk) and his minions from stealing Star's magic wand.[2][3]

Star is very energetic and friendly. She loves having fun and usually has an optimistic outlook on life. She loves to help others and whenever she sees that someone is upset, she does her best to cheer them up. Strangers, in her eyes, are just friends she has not met yet, and she feels bad if she hurts someone's feelings, whether intentionally or not. Star has a happy-go-lucky attitude and always tries to put a smile on everyone's faces.

Tom has spiky salmon-colored hair, very pale lilac skin, three red eyes (one in the middle of his forehead), black vertical lines under and around his eyes, two pale-orange white-tipped horns on the sides of his head, sharp teeth, and pointy ears and nose.
His usual attire consists of a red tattered T-shirt with a bright red star within a maroon circle in the center, long dark-red wristbands, maroon ragged shorts, a dark gray studded belt, brown-tipped orange boots, a hoop earring on his right ear, and two studs in his left ear.

Marco is the deuteragonist of Star vs. the Forces of Evil. He is the son of Rafael Diaz and Angie Diaz, as well as Star Butterfly's best friend on Earth.
Kelly is a humanoid teenage girl and one of Star Butterfly and Pony Head's friends. She loves Goblin Dogs, and she is usually seen with her boyfriend, Tad, prior to their permanent breakup in "Lava Lake Beach".
